Meditation for the Third Degree

The participants' notes still bear the heading “The I speaks to the physical body”.
Out of you I am born: Y. Earth
To you I give my temporal: B. Water
The seed of the eternal I take from you: M. Air
I fertilize it with my warmth: Fire
Its light illuminates your end: Quinta essentia.

1. = right foot to forehead, center between the eyebrows
2. = forehead to left foot
3. = left foot to right hand
4. = right hand through heart to left hand
5. = left hand to right foot
